My name is Abigail Rose, and I am a 30-year-old artist residing in the Chicagoland area. I consider myself to be very free-spirited and open-minded, with a deep belief in the importance of kindness.

I grew up one of seven children, in a home that was both beautiful and comepletely chaotic, to say the least. Music always filled the rooms and artistic expression was everywhere. Art has always been a large part of who I am. With both music and writing completely shaping the person I am today. However, my appreciation extends far beyond music and words; I cherish all forms of art and self-expression. To me, art transcends mere aesthetics; it is anything that evokes emotion and resonates with the human experience. I do not restrict my perception of art, where I see it, hear it, or feel it. I believe it embodies some of the most beautiful and powerful elements of our existence. Struggle and pain have been have always been very familiar things to me, and throughout my life, art has always been a place of healing.

I have never felt inclined to follow the traditional paths laid out before me, nor have I found joy in confining my life to established boundaries. I hold the conviction that each individual possesses a unique essence, and it is essential to embrace and celebrate our distinctiveness. For the majority of my life, I struggled to accept myself or even come close to celebrating the things that made me unique. In so many ways, art helped me began my journey towards self acceptance and embracing the things that make me unique.

I love anything dreamy, whimsical, boho, or retro in style. Although, I do not like to limit myself to any one category. My primary inspiration comes from the natural world around me and those I get to share this planet with; their strength, stories, struggle and beauty. I am inspired by the artists, the survivors, the music we create, and the love we give out and share.
